The Cumberland Plateau Regional Housing Authority (CPRHA) is seeking a motivated and highly qualified individual for the position of Maintenance Mechanic II for a 309-unit Public Housing Program for our Tazewell County communities.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor of a nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate must be able to work with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The candidate must possess journeyman-level skills in the maintenance of building surfaces and equipment. The candidate should have work-related experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing repair. Any certifications in these fields will be viewed as a plus. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in building and equipment maintenance.
