The Cumberland Plateau Regional Housing Authority (CPRHA) is seeking a motivated and highly qualified individual for the position of Maintenance Mechanic II for a 309-unit Public Housing Program for our Tazewell County communities.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor of a nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate must be able to work with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The candidate must possess journeyman-level skills in the maintenance of building surfaces and equipment. The candidate should have work-related experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing repair. Any certifications in these fields will be viewed as a plus. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in building and equipment maintenance.

The Cumberland Plateau Regional Housing Authority (CPRHA) is seeking a Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinator (ROSS) for a 309-unit public housing program.

This position will be primarily responsible for coordinating residents with community service programs to assist with securing employment and educational/training services to achieve economic self-sufficiency. This is a position that requires a self-starter, attention to detail, multitasking, accuracy in all aspects of the position responsibilities, and knowledge of service programs. Graduation from an accredited college

or university with a degree in social sciences or management is preferred. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will

be considered.
