The Cumberland Plateau Housing Authority (CPRHA) is a public entity formed to provide federally-subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families within four counties in Southwest Virginia. Currently, CPRHA owns and/or manages seven multi-family apartment complexes with a total of 309 units.
In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, CPRHA will solicit proposals for services from qualified, licensed and insured entities. All entities must utilize the NAHRO website to register and submit proposals in accordance with all requirements and specifications outlined within the solicitations.
Commissioners Monthly Meeting
Our meetings are scheduled for the first Thursday of every month, except for July, during which there is no meeting. We meet at 11:00 A.M in the conference room of The Cumberland Plateau Regional Housing Authority's office.
